The Honourable J. Trevor
Eyton
Chairman
Senator Eyton served as
President and CEO of Brascan (now Brookfield
Asset Management Inc.). He currently serves on
the boards of Brookfield Asset Management Silver
Bear Resources Inc. and Nayarit Gold Inc. Senator Eyton was
appointed a director of Ivernia's predecessor
company in May 2000.

Alan De'ath
President and CEO
Alan De'ath has over 30 years
of experience in senior management positions in
the mining industry, including a 20-year career
with Rio Tinto in Europe and southern Africa and
two years as CFO with TVX Gold in Toronto. He
joined Ivernia in 2000 overseeing business
development and finance before being appointed
President and CEO and Director in July 2003.

Peter Cassidy
Principal, The Sentient Group
Peter Cassidy is a principal and co-founder of
The Sentient Group, an independent private
equity investment firm specializing in the
resources industry. Prior to Sentient, he
established AMP Life's private investments
division in Australia, with significant direct
investments in the natural resources sector. Mr.
Cassidy was elected a director of Ivernia in
June 2005. |

Leigh Hall Audit
Committee Chair
Mr. Hall is a prominent
Australian business leader, having held a number
of senior positions at AMP Limited before
retiring in 1999 as Deputy Managing Director of
AMP Asset Management Australia Limited. Mr. Hall
is a Member of the Order of Australia, a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia and a Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors. He has been a
director of a number of public companies and
presently is a director of Prime Infrastructure
Holdings Limited and Superannuation Funds
Management Corporation of South Australia. Mr.
Hall has served in various capacities on several
industry and government associations and groups,
including president of the Securities Institute
of Australia, Chairman of the Australian
Investment Managers Association and a member of
the Australian Law Reform Commission and the
Financial Reporting Council. Mr. Hall joined the

David N. Murray
Safety, Health and Environmental Committee
Chair Mr. Murray has 34 years of
operating experience in the mining industry. He
held several senior positions with Rio Tinto,
over a 26-year period, overseeing several of
their operations and projects worldwide.
Following his tenure with Rio Tinto, Mr. Murray
held the positions of President and COO of TVX
Gold Inc. and CEO of Avgold Ltd. and Avmin Ltd.
prior to his retirement in 2004. He is also a
director of Rio Narcea Gold Mines. Mr. Murray
was elected a director of Ivernia in February
2007.

Chen Zhi
Member of China's Yunnan Provincial People's
Congress
Mr. Chen Zhi served as Board
Chairman of Yunnan Metallurgical Group. He holds
a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Sichuan
University and is a senior engineer with the
Nonferrous Metals Industry Association of China.
He was appointed a director of Ivernia in April
2008.

Kenneth Sangster
Kenneth Sangster is a consultant with extensive
experience in the mining industry including
senior roles with Ivernia Inc, Rio Tinto and
Outokumpu. Mr. Sangster obtained a Bachelor of
Science in Applied Chemistry (Metallurgy) with
honours from the University of Strathclyde,
Glasgow in 1965. Mr. Sangster was the former
Chief Operating Officer of the Company and was
the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company until

Gerald Shefsky
Gerald Shefsky is a senior
businessman with extensive experience in
entrepreneurial ventures. Since 1982, Mr.
Shefsky has been involved in the venture capital
market and has extensive experience in real
estate development in North America and Europe.
Mr. Shefsky has been involved in venture
capital, principally through M&M Capital Corp.,
in bringing new technology to public markets by
providing start-up capital and business
