President and CEO
Alan De’ath has over 25 years
of experience in senior management positions in
the mining industry, including a 20-year career
with Rio Tinto in Europe and southern Africa and
two years as CFO with TVX Gold in Toronto. He
joined Ivernia in 2000 overseeing business
development and finance before being appointed
President and CEO and Director in July 2003. |

Patrick N. Scott
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Pat Scott is a Mining Engineer with almost 30 years of
international experience in all aspects of the mining
industry including management of the construction,
development and operation of both open pit and
underground mines. He is well-known and respected in the
Australian mining industry where he has spent the past
17 years of his career. Mr. Scott joined Ivernia in June
2006. |

Mario Stifano
Vice President and CFO
Mario Stifano is a Chartered Accountant with wide
experience in corporate finance and business
development. Prior to joining Ivernia, he held senior
positions at Noranda Inc. (now Falconbridge), IA
Sciences, Newcourt and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr.
Stifano joined Ivernia in July 2005. |

Robert M. Closner
Corporate Secretary and General CounselRobert Closner
was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Prior to
joining Ivernia, he was in-house counsel to a
privately-held company and an associate in the
structured financing and financial services
group of one of Canada’s leading national law
firms. Mr. Closner joined Ivernia in November
2005. |

Vice President, Investor and Public Relations
Sharon Loung is a investor
relations professional with extensive experience
in the base metals and gold mining industries.
Prior to joining Ivernia, she held similar
positions at Noranda Inc. and Centerra Gold. Ms.
Loung joined Ivernia in April 2006. |

Corporate Controller
Richard Perfect is a
Certified General Accountant with approximately
15 years of experience at a number of companies
in Canada. Mr. Perfect joined Ivernia in June
